Dick Whittington on the move is a full production show, yet unlike many other touring pantomime companies, Fame Factory Spotlight do not compromise on quality. Each touring pantomime features 6 or more actors on stage, each with their own headset radio mic and a technician to keep things running smoothly.
The costumes, actors and professionalism are of theatre standard and quality. The sets are portable, free standing, and adaptable to any stage or playing area.
As with our North tour this Pantomime tour of Dick Whittington is covering any venue south of Derby. Typically each pantomime would have four full scenes changes and at least three costume changes with exception of the Dame who rarely appears in the same costume twice! Each actor has a headset radio mic belt pack.
We carry a powered sound desk, speakers, foldback, effects units, minidisk players and/or laptops for best possible sound reproduction and distribution. We also carry dimmable Stage lighting, u/v, strobe, plus smoke and any other safe effects required. This is standard on all our touring shows.
Following our massive success of Cinderella 2009/10 both in theatres and touring we felt it was only right for Wales to see this great show! last year we ran the mega popular Beauty and the Beast in Wales which was described by many as a breath of fresh air compared to what the have had before. so after running Cinderella so successfully last year we will be bringing it to Wales into schools clubs and any venue with a stage.

For 2010/11 Fame Factory Spotlight are expanding into Ireland due to the popularity of our pantomimes we have been asked to bring one of out touring pantomimes over to Ireland for the winter period so from November-January the utterly Fabulous Beauty and the beast will be available as with all our touring shows it's a full length pantomime running at 2 hours, will a full cast of professional actors, Beauty and the beast is a magical show, possibly the most complete pantomime love story ever told. a scriptto which families of our time can relate. A-LAD-IN Trouble!
This is a Fantastic production of a full scale adult pantomime, based on Aladdin with the ability to switch from a full theatre show, to a production suitable to any venue, anywhere. From working men’s clubs, sports presentations, hotels and if you are looking for something a bit different, private parties. All the traditional ingredients are retained.
Your audience Will Shout “It’s behind you”, they will warn Aladdin when the villain is tying to steal the lamp. They Will Shout “Oh yes it is” “Oh no it’s not” when directed to do so. They will boo the villains and Cheer the hero. Then again they may want to Boo the hero………..It’s a fun show, Bawdy, yes, Profane language, most certainly. You wouldn't bring your maiden aunt, well not unless she bought her own ticket! Wrapped up in the format or a traditional adult pantomime but spiced up and given an adult twist.
The show comes in two half’s with an interval. It is non stop fun and laughter in pantomime style just aimed towards adults, delivered in the tradition of a carry on film with a modern twist. However, if requred we can perform a show that would make even Chubby Brown blush. With a full cast lighting rig, and sound, great costumes and props every thing is taken care of and every angle covered.
