This is a brand new comedy play written by Danny Posthill and Scott Clarkson. Like all good comedy’s the caricatures are based on real people and their combined real experiences but given a comedy nudge.
The show is staged in a sports shop with the strangest mix of characters you will see at any workplace, an alcoholic, a conman, a naive scouser, a student and a man who is that camp he would make Dale Winton look butch, all in one shop, held together by a manageress who finds them unbelievably difficult to control, but somehow holds it all together.
Just as you start to think things are going to plan another problems arise, and you will soon find there is nothing that cannot be fixed by a good strong coffee and gaffer tape! This 2 hour show really will have you in stitches.
Watch out for this hilarious comedy play as it will be touring theatres throughout the UK in Spring 2010 before performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival August 2010.
As an added extra, to your murder mystery evening, or as a stand alone to add comedy and something a bit different to any event, the whole town will be talking about it! Security John he is our manic security guard. Using a over sized metal detector he will search your guests, makes jokes and weird remarks along the way, making sure as not to go to far and over the top. He is a very funny caricature to have as a meet and greet at any event or occasion. When you need a bit of comedy to start the evening he comes with his partner Mike Gibbs MG for short and together they do crazy things, which seems so normal and a natural part of the procedure such as various gymnastic moves to make sure the area is clear! They will have your guests stood on one foot and waving their hand in the air to pass security and have everybody going along with what ever they are told to do to,a very funny and a great talking point and ice breaker for your guests as they are never really sure if they are for real or not
In addition to Security John how about Pierre, our comedy waiter who gets things wrong, spills drinks on himself, drops food, everything you expect from a nightmare waiter! He is an extremely funny caricature to be working a room and as the guest are undecided on whether he is real or not, he also makes a great talking point and provides a light hearted start to any event.
Is our scary (ok its not really scary but you get the idea) production for Halloween and it a Scooby Doo style fun family show, like Humpty Dumpty it is available for shopping centres in half hour shows throughout the day but also for schools in one hour shows with question and answers with the performers after, or if you are just looking for some thing that bit different
